Job description

Join our prestigious team at Christian Dior as a VIP Client Manager and become a pivotal part of our exclusive boutique experience. Report directly to the Boutique Manager/Director and collaborate closely with the Client Development Manager for the Middle East and our PR headquarters team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Recruitment & Development: Expand our VIP clientele by connecting with high-profile entities and individuals outside our existing database. Target local business sectors like banks, oil companies, and government entities, as well as Palaces and royal families of the UAE.
  • Event Participation & Networking: Stay informed of key events in Dubai through regular coordination with our PR team, seizing opportunities to meet and engage with influential figures.
  • Client Engagement: Reactivate inactive clients and enhance the relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and upscale their categories to VIC, VVIC, and Elite.
  • Sales Excellence & Coaching: Conduct and supervise high-quality one-to-one (OTO) client meetings, leveraging your deep product knowledge to enhance cross-selling and sales outcomes. Support the team by providing sales training and acting as a role model.
  • Performance Goals: Meet and exceed personal sales targets by recruiting new VIP clients and enhancing the purchase frequency and volume of existing ones.
Key Objectives:

  • Networking and Client Interaction: Engage with the PR team regularly and participate in at least two significant events monthly.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Aim to recruit and retain high-value clients, with specific targets for Elite and VVIC categories.
  • Sales and Client Management: Ensure each recruited client contributes significantly to sales targets, with a focus on high-profile spenders.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client management, particularly within the fashion sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and negotiate at high levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about the Christian Dior brand and its values.
